Among so many adventure trips we have been a little hungry, so we are going to recommend a very authentic restaurant in Geneva, which is where most of our trips to Switzerland and France.
It was Jorge who took me to this restaurant for the first time and I will be eternally grateful. It is called Bains des Paquis, a curious local located in traditional public baths located in the middle of Lake Leman.
If you are in Geneva you can not miss, as they make the best fondue in town, an intense flavor that you will not forget and with plenty of energy to face or recover from the walks.
The place does not make great concessions to luxury, but here it is about trying something authentic Swiss.
I have always thought that this dish is very simple to prepare and the result is unbeatable. Of course, you have to know how to get the point to the mixture of cheeses, wine and champagne. In Bains de Paquis they know how to do it perfectly.
Then you have to cut bread pieces the size of a bite, punch them with the fork and put them in the fondue. Here the tradition orders that you also throw some pepper. Do not forget to blow a little before putting it to your mouth.
Do not forget the name, Bains des Paquis, located in Quai du Mont-Blanc.
