Two of our destinations, namely Switzerland and Tanzania, have been chosen by the editors of the prestigious magazine National Geographic Traveler, as the best trips for fall 2011.
The publication speaks of two specific areas such as the spectacular terraces of Vineyards of Lavaux in Switzerland, and the paradise Zanzibar in Tanzania.
However, we are moving forward and we believe that these proposals can be a perfect complement for some of our adventure trips.
Ski trip to Switzerland
This fall we propose a ski trip to Zermatt, which is considered the best season in the world. Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of Zermatt, a Swiss car-free village surrounded by 29 peaks over 4000 meters.
Have a great time with the world’s tallest cable car, Klein Matterhorn, 315 km of ski slopes in Zermatt and one of the longest descents in the world: 13 km downhill with a drop of 2200 meters.
Exploration trip to Tanzania
In October we make the leap to Black Africa. With an ascension to Kilimanjaro followed by a 4-5 day Safari in Tanzania.
Kilimanjaro, at almost 6,000 meters, is the highest mountain in Africa and the only mountain in the world above 5,000 meters that does not require a technical ascent. The ascent we will do for the route Lemosho, a route very little frequented and highly scenic.
