The first time I heard the name Kilian Jornet, he was associated with the brutal Ultra-Trail du Mont Blanc. For those who do not know, it is a race where participants must travel 166 kilometers of the Tour of Mont Blancin less than 24 hours. We do it quietly in 12 days.

After investigating a little more in his career we find that Kilian Jornet was among other things world champion of mountain ski and record holder in racing toughest mountain in the world.

Now the Catalan producer dual Band is preparing a documentary about the life of this great champion. However, they do not want to be in the Kilian Jornet who is an athlete, but aims to delve into the person and its strong link with nature and the mountain.

Kilian raised in the Pyrenees, where he used to run and play in barefoot in the snow when he was just a child. In these landscapes was where he began to forge the legend of the great champion he is today.

We loved his history and that is why we are keen to see it on the big screen. Meanwhile you can whet your mouth with his book Run or die.
